Why sales are final
Every product on StakeStrategy is a digital file (such as an Excel spreadsheet) that is delivered to you immediately after your payment confirms. Once a digital product has been delivered and is accessible, it cannot be “returned,” and we are unable to reverse a cryptocurrency transaction. For these reasons, all purchases are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Before you buy
Each product page describes exactly what you are getting. These are entertainment-only bankroll- and bet-sizing tools — they are not a way to beat the house and do not guarantee any result. If a product isn’t what you’re looking for, please don’t purchase it. By completing checkout you agree to this policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
The one exception: you didn’t receive your file
If you completed a payment but did not receive access to your download — for example, a technical error during checkout — contact us and we will re-deliver the file you paid for. This is a delivery fix, not a refund. Email us at cameronelsea517@gmail.com with your order number and the email you used, and we’ll sort it out.
Chargebacks
Because checkout is crypto-only, traditional card “chargebacks” do not apply. Attempting to dispute or reverse a completed, delivered order is a breach of our Terms.
